INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Premier Grease Global ("Premier Grease," "we," "us," or "our").

SERVICES
Premier Grease provides commercial kitchen maintenance services, including but not limited to grease trap pumping, hood cleaning, used cooking oil recycling, filter exchange, roof cleaning, restaurant deep cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, car wash sump cleaning, and related services (the "Services") in Atlanta, Savannah, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas.
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Scheduling
You may schedule Services by contacting us by phone, email, or through our website. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Premier Grease.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Access to Facilities
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas where Services are to be performed. If our technicians are unable to access the necessary areas due to your failure to provide access, you may be charged a trip fee.

Fees for our Services are based on the specific services requested, the size and condition of the equipment or area to be serviced, and other factors. We will provide you with a quote before performing any Services.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfers. Payment is due upon completion of Services unless other arrangements have been made.
Late Payments
Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable federal, state, and local taxes, which will be charged separately where appropriate.

SERVICE GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship and will re-perform Services that do not meet industry standards at no additional cost if notified within 7 days of service completion.
Equipment and Property Damage
We will take reasonable care to protect your property while performing Services. However, due to the nature of our Services, we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. We are responsible only for damage directly caused by the negligence of our technicians.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Grease's total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim within the previous 12 months.

You are responsible for ensuring that your facilities comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and requirements. Our Services are designed to help you maintain compliance, but ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with you.
Pre-Service Preparations
You agree to prepare the service area as instructed by our team prior to scheduled service appointments. This may include clearing access to equipment, removing obstacles, or shutting down certain systems.
Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your facilities, equipment, and service needs. Additional charges may apply if Services require additional work due to inaccurate information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your facilities comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and requirements. Our Services are designed to help you maintain compliance, but ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with you.

RECURRING SERVICES

Modification or Termination of Recurring Services
Either party may modify or terminate recurring Services with 30 days' written notice. Any prepaid fees for Services not yet performed will be refunded on a prorated basis.

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property on our website or used in connection with our Services are owned by Premier Grease or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use that feedback without restriction.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Services and providing notice to us. If you have any outstanding payments or obligations, those will survive termination.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, or other natural disaster.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Premier Grease regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Premier Grease.
Notices
Any notices or other communications provided by Premier Grease under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given by posting to the website and/or via email.
